In life wherever you turn you can find someone who needs you and even if it is a little thing, do something for which there is no pay but the privilege of doing it. Remember you don’t live in the world all on your own. Everybody can be great because anybody can serve and the better thing is that you don’t need to have a degree to serve neither make your subject and your verb agree to serve and istead the only thing you need is a heart full of grace and a soul generated by love.

People always study government and politics in school but the best way to really understand the process is to volunteer your time though volunteers do not necessarily have the time but at least they have the heart to help.

In life we make a living by what we get and we make a life by what we give whereby you may not have saved a lot of money in your life but if you have saved a lot of heartaches for others  you are a pretty rich person. One of the best things about volunteering is that volunteering is the ultimate exercise in democracy whereby in elections you vote once a term but when you volunteer, you vote every day about the kind of community you want to live in so the smallest act of kindness is worth more than the grandest intention.
